@nvk Accurate, and the proposed alternative is simply to leave the gap as-is and declare it the proper, correctly designed implementation.

No idiot, schmitt is saying liberalism is a futile and fruitless attempt to deny the ontological constant of The Political as he described it. In other words, he's saying liberalism cannot exist as it sets out to, because it is not possible to throw out the friend-enemy dynamic whereupon politics are structured.

Centrist Stasi are just as keen on policing discourse as their leftist cousins, packaging their regulatory pretensions in a mewling churchlady snobbery “It’s fine to talk to [deplorable person]. No one is saying you shouldn’t—but did you ask tough enough questions? Have you thought of the impact of uncritically platforming such a vile being?” Not only is this aggravating on principle, but where have they been the last ten years to not see how this tact simply doesn’t work?
David Landrum@DavidLandrum6

@BenjaminABoyce @thekidtheman138 @ElkSacred @AGDugin Benjamin you have been hard at work promoting a world of traditional values that is reductionist and impoverished Talking to Dugin is fine But you are doing a disservice to those values you are promoting by providing an uncritical platform to Dugin x.com/i/grok/share/1…

The only work that creates "urgent" emails is bureaucratic self-maintenance. Real jobs - jobs that produce, maintain, care, transport, protect, etc - don’t have emergencies every morning; they have schedules, materials, the actual work, and outcomes. Urgency is a sign of an adult day-care economy and shouldn't exist.

Unpopular opinion: if you can go on holiday for more than a week and come back to zero urgent emails/messages, 99% chance your job is effectively adult day-care and shouldn't exist.

@DirectorJTS @RichardHanania @RealJarTaylor Put 100 dutch and 1 german in a room, and the dutch will have sniffed out the german within 10 seconds. Same for every other set of ethnicities in europe. The ethnic differences among europeans are in large part genetic. Strong link.

Just talked to @RealJarTaylor, who is finally back on X. I think that while he's right that people have tribal instincts, revealed preferences show they don't care as much about race as he thinks. I believe America as a multiracial democracy works! Jared disagrees. You decide.

@stats_feed You left out 2 important things: the rampant Dutch East India Company and Racism. In many Asian countries and in South Africa that legacy endures.

@ConceptualJames Stated descriptively: "Woke Right describes a perspective where a particular identity group emphasizes collective solidarity to challenge opposing groups and assert power in the context of broader social and political dynamics." Everyone is woke right.

Woke Right means you think people in your particular identity group are oppressed and need to band together in your identity group to fight back and take power against your enemies.

@OGRolandRat Lovable and tolerable mostly-non-political MLK-type cultural/travel commentators who get many millions of views on their videos but do contain subsurface political commentary that is essentially what Lindsay is pushing. Most prominent example I can think of: Peter Santenello

After videos on - James Lindsay - Konstantin Kisin - Tim Pool - Chris Rufo - Francis Foster I already can't think of other targets, but there must be some, jog my memory. I might as well turn it into a series, because the standard of stuff is shockingly bad now, sub-2015 level.

Does anyone have any interesting takes regarding the Witch Hunts? That our ancestors were simply stupid, superstitious, and evil does not quite satisfy my curiosity. Note: This is not to say that I do not find the Witch Hunts abhorrent (from what I know at least).
