What makes the Virginia General Assembly's illegal redistricting plan so evil is that it has 5 US Congressional districts all merge in Fairfax County.

@DataStaxAcademy So Yellow and Red both finished about the same time even though Yellow is plotted as significantaly faster than Red for the first few minutes? Are the raw metrics available? Maybe the plot is off for some reason.
