.@ncbn గారూ, ఎక్కడ ఏ సమస్య వచ్చినా అనుకూలంగా మార్చుకుని దోచుకునే మార్గాలను వెతుక్కోవడం మీకు వెన్నతో పెట్టిన విద్య. లేని కొరత సృష్టించి వ్యాపారులకు సహకరిస్తూ మీరు లాభపడడం అలవాటుగా మారింది. విత్తనాలు, ఎరువులు, యూరియా మొదలు, వంట గ్యాస్‌ వరకు మన రాష్ట్రంలో అదే జరిగింది. తాజాగా ఆ జాబితాలో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ చేరింది. కృత్రిమ కొరత సృష్టించి, దాని ద్వారా దోచుకునే పర్వానికి కూటమి నాయకులు సిద్ధమయ్యారు. నిజానికి పొరుగున ఉన్న తమిళనాడు, కర్నాటక, తెలంగాణలో ఎక్కడా పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ కొరత లేదు. సరఫరాలో సంక్షోభం లేదు. కానీ, ఇక్కడ డీలర్లు, కూటమి నాయకులు కుమ్మక్కవడంతో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ కొరత ఏర్పడింది. అయిదు రాష్ట్రాల ఎన్నికలు పూర్తి కాగానే, ధరలు పెంచుతారని భావిస్తున్న డీలర్లు పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ బ్లాక్‌ చేస్తున్నారు. వారితో కూటమి నాయకులు జత కట్టారు. అంతా కలిసి దోపిడీకి సిద్ధమయ్యారు. అయినా నిజం ఒప్పుకోకుండా, సరఫరా మరింత తగ్గుతుందన్న భయంతో వాహనదారులు పెద్ద ఎత్తున పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ కొనుగోలు చేస్తున్నందువల్ల డిమాండ్‌ పెరిగి, కొరత ఏర్పడిందని కుంటి సాకులు చెబుతున్నారు. వాస్తవం ఏమిటన్నది మీక్కూడా తెలుసు. అందుకే పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ సంక్షోభంపై సమగ్రమైన రివ్యూ కూడా చేయకుండా, కేవలం లీకులతో సరి పెడుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ ఉద్దేశపూర్వక కొరత వల్ల అన్ని వర్గాల వారు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. దీంతో పరిస్థితులు దారుణంగా మారుతున్నాయి. ఈ కృత్రిమ కొరత రైతులను కూడా తీవ్ర నష్టాలకు గురి చేస్తోంది. ట్రాక్టర్లు, వ్యవసాయ యంత్రాలకు తగిన డీజిల్‌ అందక కార్యకలాపాలు నిల్చిపోతున్నాయి. రబీ పంటల కోత కాలంలో ఈ సంక్షోభం మరింత తీవ్రమైంది. కోత యంత్రాలకు రోజుకు సుమారు 100 నుంచి 160 లీటర్ల డీజిల్‌ అవసరం ఉండగా, సరఫరా లేకపోవడంతో యంత్రాలు పొలాల్లోనే నిలిచిపోతున్నాయి. చేపలు మరియు రొయ్యల పెంపకంలో ఉపయోగించే ఏరిఏటర్లు కూడా డీజిల్‌పై ఆధారపడటంతో, ఆక్వా రైతులు కూడా ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారు. ఇప్పటికైనా పరిస్థితిని చక్కదిద్దకపోతే ప్రజలు మీకు తగిన గుణపాఠం చెబుతారు. @ncbn garu, whenever any issue arises anywhere, you have mastered the art of turning it to your advantage and finding ways to exploit it. Your modus operandi is , enable traders who created artificial shortages to profiteer, and there by generate economic gains for coalition leaders. From seeds, fertilizers, and urea to cooking gas, this pattern has been seen across our state. Now, petrol and diesel have been added to that list. Coalition leaders are preparing for yet another round of exploitation by enabling creation of artificial shortage. In reality, there is no shortage of petrol or diesel in neighboring states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana. There is no supply crisis there. However, here in our state, a shortage has been created due to collusion between dealers and coalition leaders. Anticipating a price hike after the completion of elections in five states, dealers are hoarding petrol and diesel. Coalition leaders have joined hands with them, and together they are preparing for large-scale profiteering. Yet, instead of admitting the truth, they are offering weak excuses claiming that fear of further supply reduction has led vehicle owners to purchase fuel in large quantities, increasing demand and causing the shortage. You are fully aware of the reality. That is precisely why, not even one proper review of the petrol and diesel crisis has been conducted, the issue is being managed merely through selective leaks. Due to this artificial shortage, people from all sections of society are facing severe difficulties, and the situation is becoming increasingly grim. Farmers are among the worst affected. Due to the lack of adequate diesel, tractors and agricultural machinery are coming to a halt. During the crucial Rabi harvesting season, this crisis has become even more severe. Harvesting machines require approximately 100 to 160 liters of diesel per day, but due to lack of supply, they are lying idle in the fields. Aquaculture farmers are also facing hardships, as aerators used in fish and shrimp farming depend on diesel. Even now, if the situation is not corrected, people will teach you a fitting lesson.

N Chandrababu Naidu garu, the way you have been conducting yourself lately clearly exposes your Government's failure and your denial of the same. Before the elections, you made countless promises just to come to power. In every public meeting, you boldly spoke about “Super Six” and “Super Seven” schemes. You even went door to door distributing bonds, misleading every family with assurances. But even after two years in power, none of the promises mentioned in your manifesto have been implemented fully, with some of them being totally ignored. Instead, you are now claiming that “Super Six” and “Super Seven” have already been fulfilled, which is nothing but a blatant lie. Unable to withstand the growing opposition from people and employees, you are taking extreme steps against those who question you. That clearly shows that you are afraid. If the public and employees start asking questions, it simply means your governance is not up to the mark. It means the promises you made have not been fulfilled. Is it wrong to enquire about timing of implementation of the promises? Even after two years of the formation of your Government and budget for the third year being presented, is it a crime to question when you will deliver? You have contracted liabilities exceeding Rs 3.5 lakh crore. Is it an offence to ask where that money is going? When you cannot answer these questions and instead resort to vindictive actions against those who question you, Your evasive intent is clearly exposed? What is the fault of government employees’ union president Kakarla Venkatarami Reddy? Is asking the government to resolve employees’ issues a crime? When he questioned whether the promises made to employees would be implemented, you dismissed him by invoking “Red Book governance.” What is wrong in demanding rightful dues such as pending DA, PRC, and the IR that you promised to give immediately after coming to power? These were your own manifesto promises and employees indeed have a right to qustion you on these. Everyone is observing your deceptive approach towards employees. You behaved in a similar unjust manner in the case of CI Shankaraiah. When he stated that the Chief Minister had made false statements in the Assembly regarding the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy and that it caused him distress, you went to the extent of removing him from service. Is this not a clear example of authoritarian governance? When anyone questions you, you resort to vindictive actions. This again exposes your escapist attitude. Before the elections, you promised to provide 20 lakh jobs. You assured that until people get jobs, they would receive a monthly allowance of Rs 3,000. You distributed bonds to every household making these promises. But even after two years, there are no jobs and no unemployment allowance. Instead, you are targeting people who question your Government, is this not jungle raj? You promised to double the salaries of volunteers On Ugadi 2024, but after coming to power, you dismantled the entire volunteer system, leaving around 2.6 lakh people without livelihoods. Is this not injustice? Is it not true that, due to the pressure and harassment they were subjected to, more than 250 secretariat employees across the state have died? Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, I have a direct question. During your tenure, did AP NGOs president Ashok Babu not campaign for you in elections? Did he not solicit votes? Then why was he not dismissed? Does your government not enforce rules for your supporters, in the same manner it does for people who question you? Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, you are committing sins. That is why you are unable to confront the people and are attempting to stifle every voice that questions you.

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 From the perspective of Rural economy, effective implementation of the MGNREGA is of vital importance. This programme enhances disposable incomes in rural sections who have highest marginal propensity to consume, thereby supporting Rural consumption. Historically, Andhra Pradesh (AP) has been considered one of the best-performing states in MGNREGA implementation. Over the last two years of the TDP alliance Government, we have witnessed the State lagging on this front. On almost all parameters, such as Approved labour budget, Total Households worked and Expenditure and so forth, the performance signals contraction over last two years. This is also evident from low GST and Sales tax growth during the last two years, clearly indicating lower purchasing power and consequently lower demand. The TDP alliance Government is too preoccupied with indulging in corruption driven by unquenchable thirst for wealth and does not have the bandwidth to focus on the problems confronting the people of the State.

.@ncbn గారూ.. మీ ఉద్దేశంలో ప‌రిపాల‌న అంటే ప్ర‌శ్నించే గొంతుకల‌కు సంకెళ్లు వేయ‌డ‌మా? ఆ గొంతుకల‌పై అక్ర‌మ కేసులు పెట్టి అరెస్టు చేయించ‌డ‌మా? మీ ప్రభుత్వ అవినీతి అక్రమాలను ప్రశ్నిస్తే అదేమైనా దేశ ద్రోహమా? తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఉన్న జర్నలిస్టులపై మీకెందుకు అంత కక్ష? వాళ్లు ఏమైనా మీరు చేయ‌నిది చెప్పారా? మీరు చెప్ప‌నిది చూపించారా? వాస్త‌వాలు మాట్లాడితే అంత ఉలుకెందుకు? బీసీ వర్గానికి చెందిన సీనియర్ జర్నలిస్టుగా పనిచేసిన పూడి శ్రీహ‌రి చేసిన త‌ప్పేంటి? అత‌నిపై అక్ర‌మ కేసు పెట్ట‌డం ఏంటి? అత‌ని ఇంట్లో సోదాలు చేయ‌డం ఏంటి? అత‌నేమైనా ఉగ్ర‌వాదా? టెర్ర‌రిస్టా? మ‌రి మీరు పెడుతున్న పోస్టుల‌కు రోజూ ఎంత మందిని అరెస్ట్ చేయాలి? తెలంగాణ సీనియ‌ర్‌ జ‌ర్న‌లిస్టు కేవీఆర్‌పై కూడా త‌ప్పుడు కేసులు పెట్టి వేధింపుల‌కు గురిచేయ‌డం జంగిల్ రాజ్ కాదా? ఇంట్లో తాను లేని స‌మ‌యంలో త‌న కుటుంబ స‌భ్యుల‌ను భ‌య‌భ్రాంతుల‌కు గురిచేస్తూ ఇంట్లో తిష్ట‌వేయ‌డం ఏంటి? ఇది రెడ్‌బుక్ పాల‌న‌కు నిద‌ర్శ‌నం కాదా? పొలిటికల్‌ గవర్నెన్స్‌ ముసుగులో ఇన్ని అరాచకాలకు పాల్పడతారా? గ‌డిచిన రెండేళ్ల‌లో బాలికలు, మహిళలపై అత్యాచారాలు, హ‌త్య‌లు జ‌రుగుతుంటే నిందితుల‌పై చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోని మీరు ఎవ‌రైనా ప్ర‌శ్నిస్తే మాత్రం వారిపై అక్ర‌మ కేసులు పెట్ట‌డం ఎంత వ‌ర‌కు క‌రెక్ట్‌? మీ పార్టీకి చెందిన నాయ‌కులు, కార్య‌క‌ర్త‌లు మ‌హిళ‌ల‌పై అత్యాచారాలు, హ‌త్య‌లు చేసిన ఘ‌ట‌న‌లు ఎన్నో ఉన్నా వాళ్ల‌పై ఎందుకు చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోలేదు? వ్య‌వ‌స్థ‌ల‌ను మీ స్వార్థ రాజ‌కీయాల‌కు వాడుకోవ‌డం సుప‌రిపాల‌నా? పౌరులకు రక్షణ కల్పించడం, వారు స్వేచ్ఛగా తమ జీవితాలను గడిపేలా చూడ్డం మీ బాధ్యత కాదా? అలాంటి బాధ్యతలను నిర్వర్తించడంలో మీరు విఫలం చెందడం, పైగా మీరే మీ కక్ష సాధింపుల కోసం శాంతిభద్రతలను దెబ్బతీసి అక్ర‌మ కేసులు, అరెస్టుల‌కు వెన్నుదన్నుగా నిలవడం దుర్మార్గమైన విషయం కాదా? మీరు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉండి చేస్తున్న రాజ్యాంగ ఉల్లంఘన కాదా? ఇలాంటి ఘటనలకు మీరు మూల్యం చెల్లించుకోక త‌ప్ప‌దు. దేవుడు, ప్ర‌జ‌లు మీకు బుద్ధి చెప్పే రోజు ద‌గ్గ‌ర్లోనే ఉంది!
