Too often, people get hardstuck in videogames because they choose to be a victim.
It’s easy to blame your disgusting team.
It’s easy to imagine a matchmaking algorithm that somehow ALWAYS puts 5 mutants on your team.
It’s easy to pretend like reality doesn’t exist: If you were a better player, you would win more games.
It’s easy to offload the responsibility of a loss onto things that do not matter. Things that are not you.
You choose to walk the easy path, yet you’re surprised that it didn’t lead you to your strongest self?
Bear the burden of responsibility because your own improvement depends on it. Make the choice to walk the difficult path. Accept as much accountability as you possibly can, and watch yourself transform into the greatest version that you can ever be.
Shit happens. Loss streaks filled with griefers, boosted players, and AFK’s. It’s ranked, you WILL encounter strings of miserable games.
Take a deep breath and zoom out. At the end of the day, YOU are the only true constant. YOU are the only true variable. YOU are the singularity that determines who your future self will be.
This is your story. Pick up the pen and write. Or don’t, just concede to the randomness of life and accept your fate as a perpetual victim.
At the end of the day, you will be the only one who cares.

@ItsMarcosDiaz @FACEIT_Darwin Still false perma banned on faceit for smurfing. Sent multiple tickets still no unban.

@FACEIT_Darwin How about unbanning people who have been perma banned for something they didn't do?

We'd like to hear your opinion on smurfs.
Currently, smurfing leads to a 1-month ban on the main account, then 6, then 12, before a permanent ban kicks in. They get three chances.
We think there's room for improvement, but we want your take. How should we deal with repeat smurfers? Let me know 👇

Let’s talk about smurfs…😅
We're looking into a few things and would love to hear how your experience varies when it comes to these questions:
• When do you decide someone is smurfing, before or after the match?
• What stats or signs do you look at first?
• How often do you report them directly from their profile?
Let me know your thoughts 👇
