I can’t believe this. This dude completely scammed my insurance company. His friend dumped him out of his wheelchair right in front of my truck while I was stopped at a light, not moving. The cops came, saw that there was no damage to his chair or my car and he was totally fine according to the paramedics who arrived. I told the cops it was a scam, that my car never touched him or his chair. His friend ran, he refused to go to the hospital, the cops took my info & insurance and the police report said there was no evidence of any accident or injury. I spoke with the insurance and told them it was a scam and to not pay anything. ~6 months later, my insurance payments more than doubled. I went into their app and found out @progressive paid this con artist $41,426 for an imaginary injury and the most expensive wheelchair in frickin’ existence! And now I’m paying for their stupidity. I’m done with these bozos. Ridiculous. 🤦‍♂️

In Montana, we answered this one a long time ago: you can’t be charged with DUI for riding a horse drunk.

DWI lawyers make the mistake of fighting the officer on whether something was or wasn't a "clue" on a field sobriety test. Stupid. The job is to de-legitimize the entire test. I represent athletes. I ask the cop who has just testified that losing balance is a sign of intoxication whether my client false starting against Baylor means he's drunk. The whole thing is a sham. Make that obvious. Ask the cop whether he used his arms for balance when he walked into the court room. He did. Because God made arms for a reason. Show the jury a picture of Simone Fucking Biles using her arms for balance in the Olympics. Make these people into the dishonest clowns they are.

My insurance is trying to determine if they're going to cover Littlest Mans NICU stay and called with questions. Ins: Why did you pick X hospital for your child? Me: I didn't, I was told after I came out of surgery at Y hospital that they were transferring him to X because it was the closest NICU and he was not breathing on his own reliably. They'd already started the process without me. Ins: Okay and why did you pick Y hospital initially? Me: Well I was actively bleeding out from a ruptured placenta and it was the closest one, I was trying not to die. Are you not aware this was an emergency c section at 34 weeks? And also Y hospital is in network. Ins: Yes but if you had gone to in network hospital Z you could have transferred to an in network NICU. Me: *Googles* That's 2.5hrs away. I was bleeding out. I had to receive 2 pints of blood and I was only bleeding for 30 minutes before they started my transfusion. I would have been dead if I drove there. Ins: Well it transfers to the appropriate NICU for your plan, next time please try to go there. Lol okay, next time I'm pregnant and bleeding out I'll be sure to do that. This is insane.

Leftover steak never tasted better. The butter, the onions, the garlic and the parm sprinkled eggs brought it all together. If you still haven't tried real parmesan on eggs, you are missing out. It's effectively zero lactose, high protein and one of the few zero-carb cheeses. And it tastes great on eggs!
