I'm officially calling for the Cabinet to remove Trump from office under the 25th Amendment. If they can't, Congress must return from recess today and begin impeachment proceedings.

@CWBChicago They should definitely also add no more using DNA, no more using fingerprints and definitely. We should not allow any type of photo lineup or in person lineup. Be consistent!!! The above is sarcasm.
Two more legislators have signed on to sponsor a bill that will bar Illinois police agencies from ever using facial recognition to help identify violent criminals.
CPD has used the tech to clear hundreds of crimes, including murders and rapes on the CTA.

@ZTFlood@DuBoseDefense There is none, he could disclose the names of people he represented there’s no ethical duty not to there’s no bar rules preventing it. But then people would be able to look them up and see that he’s full of shit.
DWI lawyers make the mistake of fighting the officer on whether something was or wasn't a "clue" on a field sobriety test. Stupid. The job is to de-legitimize the entire test. I represent athletes. I ask the cop who has just testified that losing balance is a sign of intoxication whether my client false starting against Baylor means he's drunk. The whole thing is a sham. Make that obvious. Ask the cop whether he used his arms for balance when he walked into the court room. He did. Because God made arms for a reason. Show the jury a picture of Simone Fucking Biles using her arms for balance in the Olympics. Make these people into the dishonest clowns they are.
NEW: The Pentagon today invited more than 3,500 employees to attend a Good Friday service at its in-house chapel.
Except it’s only for Protestants, not Catholics. huffpost.com/entry/news-liv…
Reports now that Hegseth oversold the war to Trump and underestimated Iran's willingness to fight back.
It's almost as if he's unqualified for his job. Too bad the Senate didn't have confirmation hearings; those would have proven his manifest unsuitability to lead the Pentagon.
Earlier today, gunmen opened fire on a man near 35th and Rhodes on Chicago's south side. Two innocent bystanders were shot, including an 8 year old child. The intended target was also shot; all 3 are in stable condition.
@bonchieredstate What happened to all these people, I hesitate to admit 30 years ago I had a subscription to both the weekly standard and the national review. Almost to a person every single one of them has turned insane.
The current state of The Bulwark.
People who spent a decade promoting the Iraq War are now certain that a month-old conflict of total military domination has been lost because it's not over yet.
A family pulled over to find a house address where they were meeting relatives.
Then a 16-year-old on probation for armed robbery allegedly walked up, took a shooting stance, and opened fire, striking their 12-year-old son in the head.

🚨 ALERT - New Jersey can now ARREST I.C.E. and other federal agents for wearing a MASK, with potential JAIL TIME.
Yesterday, Governor Mikie Sherrill signed into law the "Law Enforcement Officer Protection Act" which:
- Bans most masked interactions by law enforcement, including federal agents and ICE officers
- Requires federal officers to identify themselves before arrests using uniform, ID, badge, or verbal disclosure
If any federal officer is caught wearing a mask during operations, they would be guilty of a disorderly persons offense, which includes up to 6 MONTHS IN JAIL!
Despite this new state law, Federal officials have stated that ICE agents will NOT COMPLY, which means this will likely be a LEGAL BATTLE (costing the NJ Tax Payer MILLIONS of dollars) and NJ will LOSE!
More GRANDSTANDING and VIRTUE SIGNALING by our new Governor. USELESS!
Keep Fighting 🇺🇸

@grahamformaine Absolutely, and when a democrat is elected president all the republican senators should do the same. Qualifications don’t matter. Fuck em all!
@CWBChicago I totally agree, they should also ban the use of DNA, fingerprints and any type of photo array or in person lineup. All of those are just racist.
A state politician presses ahead with efforts to ban police from using facial recognition to identify unknown violent criminals — even after CPD used the technology to help ID the man who killed a Loyola student in her district.

@WomanDefiner What an insane video, the guy who fled and who doesn’t have insurance basically has nothing happened to him. The victim, though is the one who is berated and in trouble.
Bro we are so cooked unless we win. Holy cripes. This is out of Green Bay Wisconsin and I have to be honest the The Brown County Sheriff needs to fire that Sheriff and dispatcher.
The Sheriff cited the Victim with a more severe punishment while letting a hit and run driver with no insurance off with a slap on the wrist.
The Sheriff called the victim racist for saying "He was black and looked like he was going to run" as justification why he followed the guy.
Notice how the cop is friendly and chill with a criminal who fled from the scene of an accident and how he treats the victim. I'm disgusted.
@commcenterpod I can’t believe people have not figured out by now that AI it’s not perfect. It can be very helpful, but you do have to go back and look at anything that it sites, statutory language, caselaw, etc. insanity that people don’t realize that.
Here's a new one: ICE detained a man in Utah who had been arrested for a suspected drug sale ... that turned out to be dried pinto beans.
Utah case was dropped but the man, who arrived in US as a minor and has deferred action, was transfered to ICE.
