@PrimordialAA Good afternoon. commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc… how can you accept such a report with such a methodology?? My account 0xb496b35c65f8a79b53a762a64cccc05e472dbdb based on 2% of the total number of all transactions, do you make a verdict Sibyl?

Dear Bryan and the LayerZero team,
I have reviewed over 10 reports and their methodologies. In this text, I will present arguments why the criteria for cluster 17875 are not objective and should not be considered.

Hi @PrimordialAA I have significant doubts regarding this report: commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc…. Several people have reached out to me, mentioning that individual wallets belonging to different people ended up in this single report. I volunteered to help and started investigating. ->

@PrimordialAA Dear Brian, I studied this report commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc… of 55 wallets, I believe that this report is fake since the wallets were added based on transactions made almost 600 days ago, when almost no one knew about L0. Please verify it dear Supp.

Provisional Sybil List
Nansen
Chaos
All (Valid and Partially Valid) Bounty Hunter submissions
dropbox.com/scl/fo/rz95eb0…
We're posting this here for community review. If there is a cluster here that is wrong or a report that can be proven wrong, we will remove it. This is not for individual appeals so it's not on a per address basis. Please list clusters that are clearly wrong and *WHY* the methodology is clearly wrong or how to prove it contains false positives. Please provide feedback within the next 24 hours if possible.
There are a few bounty hunter reports that have been approved but have not yet been included in the list, the list may update slightly tomorrow but 99% is here.
ALL of these Bounty Hunter reports are running through secondary checks with @nansen_ai and @chaoslabs, any clusters flagged in their automated sybil flows -- we will update the final list with all clusters rejected by the secondary checks after.
1:45am so I will be sleeping for the next few hours. May God have mercy on my notifications for the morning.

@isavazh @PrimordialAA My main Account as well at this report, more than 1000 days ago I created my wallet, I ve gone through scams, Arb airdrop, Optimizm airdrop with my wallet, a lot of social and web3 activities. Please Brian @PrimordialAA and @LayerZero_Labs check it again.

@PrimordialAA Bryan, this could be methodology! Wallets are marked as sibyls only because they have 4 digit domain on the bnb chain. No more arguments are given! No connections and similar actions! 100% a lot of false positives here. This is insane! commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc…… (Cluster 4)

Thank you for your work and openness to the community!
Since the community has the opportunity to speak out, I will take advantage of this. Nansen and Chaos did an excellent job, with minimal false-positive filters. However, it is difficult to agree with many of the community reports, and I want to add my comments to some of the reports, including one that I myself was affected by.
commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc…
Based on my social circle and community (about 6k people), there are a lot of false-positive results in this report because many people used the Bungee product, where the maximum transferable tokens per transaction are limited, and it was often necessary to use multiple transactions in a row with the same (maximum) amount. The use of any software has nothing to do with it.
commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc…
Finding sybils through public software is a great idea, but using the software does not make the user a sybil. This is a great starting point for further searches, but there is no evidence that everyone who used the software is a sybil, as this can be done with a single account (a farmer is not equal to a sybil) or by using a referral link, not the software.
commonwealth.im/layerzero/disc…
My wallet was included in one of the clusters of this report, but I have no relation to the other wallets, and I ask you to reconsider it. The search is not too detailed, and there are many false-positive results.

Ok let's talk some numbers.
23.8% of the supply is going directly to the community and builders. This does not include foundation, growth, etc. Directly to community.
8.5% of this is being distributed day 1 (5% core, 3% RFP, 0.5% community pool)
The majority of the remainder will be given over the next 36 months with additional retroactive distribution every 12 months, along with some forward looking RFPs for builders.
What does distribution actually look like on day 1? We've been running a bunch of distro sims and given we haven't finalized the final sybil #s or the final RFP #s it's a bit hard to say exactly but a general shape is emerging.
These are before ANY sybil removal and ignoring any RFPs. I've toned down the number distributed in this to 7.5% to account for non-overlapping RFP/etc., so you can imagine this would be distro shape if it was strictly 7.5% for LZ Core.
6M starting addresses, 3M having only sent between 1-5 tx so assume those are mostly gone.
3M addresses remaining. Let's take an assumption of 0 sybil filtering and of 1M eligible addresses filtered (should have more exact #s on this later today)
25 min, model 1
Total entries: 847,332 (28.2% eligibility with 0 sybil filtering / 42.36% with 1M sybil filtered)
Entries with 25-100 tokens: 718,227 (Sum: 31,584,258.69)

Entries with > 10000 tokens: 189 (Sum: 4,831,806.92)
50 min, model 1
Total entries: 440,149 (14.67% eligibility with 0 sybil filtering, 22.00% with 1M sybil filtered)
Entries with 50-100 tokens: 274,359 (Sum: 18,625,838.81)
Entries with > 100 - 1000 tokens: 158,695 (Sum: 37,329,913.21)
Entries with > 1000 - 10000 tokens: 6,861 (Sum: 13,069,599.75)
Entries with > 10000 tokens: 234 (Sum: 5,974,648.23)
25 min, model 2
Total entries: 823,376 (27.44% eligibility with 0 sybil filtering, 41.16% with 1M sybil filtered)
Entries with 25-100 tokens: 694,774 (Sum: 30,491,067.23)
Entries with > 100 - 1000 tokens: 122,448 (Sum: 29,352,999.82)
Entries with > 1000 - 10000 tokens: 5,997 (Sum: 11,420,971.35)
Entries with > 10000 tokens: 157 (Sum: 3,734,961.60)
50 min, model 2
Total entries: 424,462 (14.14% eligibility with 0 sybil filtering, 21.22% with 1M sybil filtered)
Entries with 50-100 tokens: 261,903 (Sum: 17,773,131.19)
Entries with > 100 - 1000 tokens: 154,205 (Sum: 36,763,465.73)
Entries with > 1000 - 10000 tokens: 8,161 (Sum: 15,811,837.36)
Entries with > 10000 tokens: 193 (Sum: 4,651,565.71)
14 - 42% eligibility roughly, min on core spread between 25 and 50 min, Numbers will continue to get more dialed in as final RFPs are cleaned up and sybil reports are finalized.
Would love to hear some thoughts

@PrimordialAA Brian, I have four wallets. They're all on your list. I just farm projects for a living. I read more than 100 reviews of different people and came to the conclusion that you took the MOST important criterion time and window of deposit into the network as a cluster.
