I really do NOT understand why "carry offered" is an option in this new "playstyle" menu. LFG on retail is already flooded by resi key selling asshats and now you even support that stuff officially? People may be buying tokens and using that gold for carries but come on... 🙄

a big part of what made addons great: they were a marketplace with competition. if you didn't like default, you could replace it. if a better addon came out, you could swap

whatever your opinion on addons, wow's dominance in the genre is bc of addon support. it's the singular differentiating feature from every other mmo and the reason why wow was the only one to survive the 2000s. addons have fixed far more problems for blizz than they've created
