Ordered low-fat paneer from Zepto. Refrigerated it immediately. Opened it for cooking and it was spoiled despite the printed date. Zepto’s reply: “24-hour policy.” So customers must lab-test sealed dairy now? Great work, @ZeptoNow. Refund + basic cold-chain hygiene, please.

@ZeptoNow Extremely disappointed. Ordered headphones (Order ID: TRSTJRSTS48446) and received a defective product—too tight, unusable, caused headache within minutes. Raised issue just minutes beyond 24 hrs and you refused support? Not acceptable. Expecting resolution ASAP.

I raised the complaint with @fssaiindia and @ZeptoNow a fraud company replied this. They denied that they delivered these products. So be careful while ordering from zepto . They will deliver fake, expired and rotten products and deny any claim for return or refund. #BycottZepto

This is how @ZeptoNow is running the scam. Anyone can see the condition of product but they are claiming it was dispatched in good condition . So delivery person replaced the product during transit. Zepto is struggling to maintain the profitability hence running such frauds.

@ZeptoNow for any issue w.r.t a products ordered there is no help available in the app and one is required to mail, however the mail also does not get delivered! I had mailed on 2nd May for an order placed on 1st May and till date email hasnt been delivered!
