@ZeptoNow for any issue w.r.t a products ordered there is no help available in the app and one is required to mail, however the mail also does not get delivered! I had mailed on 2nd May for an order placed on 1st May and till date email hasnt been delivered!

@StanChartIN i have been trying to call the Customer care number for a PTQ request and all available numbers of StanC whether on app or Google or mentioned in mail are not connecting. How is a Customer expected to connect?

@IRCTCofficial my ticket under the same PNR for 6 adult and 1 child after chart preparation was 5 RAC and 1 WL. Of the 6 adult, 2 are senior citizen and 1 is a 10 years old boy. I was forced to cancel my ticket since no confirmed seat and it say that no amount will be refunded!

@airindia The tickets were cancelled after talking to Air India customer care who asked us to specifically cancel them. I am asking for waiver of the cancellation fee charged by the airline. Appreciate your understanding in this regard.

@airindia i am having to cancel tickets of 1 adult and 1 child for international travel on 13th April due to hospitalization of one of the passenger (mother) and the requirement seems to be 3 days hospitalization including day of travel. Expecting unwell person to travel are we?
