Качки давятся курогрудью, потому что а) чувство голода переносить проще на белках, они дают более длительное насыщение, т.е встаёт вопрос чего хочу больше:

Скачки инсулина у людей без диабета 1 типа влияют на процесс сжигания/запасания жира настолько мизерно, что пытаться их учитывать имеет такой же смысл, как пытаться учитывать темпе
