I agree with this. Most players are not asking to remove bans from cheaters. People just want clear reasons and fair reviews. My Overwatch account was permanently banned after a match was cancelled mid-game. My friend saw a “cheating detected” message, but the email I received referred generally to policies/conduct without clearly explaining the exact reason.
