Would Liam Rosenior be appointed by any other top Premier League club right now? No. Would this have been Chelsea's plan to appoint Rosenior in January 2026? Absolutely not. But it's important that young, black English coaches get opportunities at top clubs. I always loved listening to Rosenior when he was a pundit and he's by all accounts a very promising coach.
