@MartinGTobias Solo and probably the weakest on the team. CTO and CMO on standby. Product on path to TestFlight. Bullish on humans

Not every product milestone looks like a new screen. Sometimes the milestone is making sure the app knows who the user is, remembers them properly, and keeps their data separate.

I've never seen so many people publish so much and say so little. For creators, the main struggle was having something worth saying, not volume. AI solved the wrong problem.

You’re closer than you think. Most people quit right before the breakthrough, in the quiet part where nothing seems to be happening. Stay in it a little longer. It’s about to get good.🙂

spent years helping crypto brands fight for attention and this one hurts to read: crypto is now the most muted topic on all of X the industry that runs on attention is getting silenced by its own audience and i get why, open the tl and it's ai written tweets, engagement farming, gm bots and paid shills everywhere scroll for 5 minutes and you can't tell one account from another people didn't mute crypto, they muted the noise it became meanwhile the accounts that still feel like a real human typing are growing through all of it the mute button might be the honest feedback this industry has received

@JustinBonsx Agreed. Agents will break it up drastically, from small to large. The hesitation to adapt or adopt can be crucial for so many businesses next couple years. Trying my best to share this with offline people early.

Wait, Claude can do what now? turns out Claude can run your whole fundraising outreach. not just draft a cold email, the whole thing. here’s the stack I'd use if I were raising today, and all three pieces already exist: 1. get the right investor list first use @Evalyze_ai to read your deck, score how ready you are to raise, and give you a matched list of verified investors who actually fit your stage and space. not scraped names, not dead emails, not AI investors who have never written a check in your category. 2. add our free Claude fundraising skill this writes the outreach, cold emails, follow-ups, replies to hard investor questions, and post-meeting recaps. one rule sits above all of it: never read as AI. no fake podcasts, no invented portfolio companies, no weird personalization that sounds impressive until the investor realizes it is made up. 3. run it in Claude Cowork hand Cowork the list and the drafts, and let it work the raise with you: personalizing each message, tracking who you contacted, lining up the follow-ups, and making sure nobody slips through the cracks. list, writing, messaging, follow-up. the parts of a raise that used to eat your whole week, handled in one place. the skill is free. MIT licensed. built for anyone raising pre-seed to Series B. comment "Claude" and I'll send it over.

Fable 5 just turned my company into a video game. Instead of assigning boring tasks, you give people quests. Here’s why I think this could change how companies operate: 1) Work becomes more engaging People can see what they need to do, complete quests, earn XP, and level up. 2) Progress becomes visible Instead of wondering who’s performing, you can see completed quests, levels, achievements, and contributions over time. 3) Rewards become tied to performance Certain roles, bonuses, and opportunities can be unlocked when someone completes specific quests or reaches a certain level. 4) Incentives can become automatic In the future, bonuses could be triggered through smart contracts and paid in stablecoins when predefined goals are reached. 5) Companies can access talent differently If the business becomes an open world, people outside the company could discover available quests, complete the work, and earn rewards. 6) Work becomes more fun The same mechanics that keep people playing games, progression, challenges, rewards, and achievement, can be applied to work. The bigger idea is that your company stops feeling like a list of tasks and starts feeling like a world people can progress through. I’m building this via Fable 5 right now. Want the blueprint? → Like + retweet this post → Comment “GAME” → I’ll send you the MD file so you can build something similar for your business.
