De 2e keer in TIEN DAGEN dat #DPD het gewoon vertikt om een pakket hier af te leveren. Na 18:00 uur? - Chauffeur in deze wijk brengt ALLES naar het “afhaalpunt” een snackbar die overdag niet open is. Op bijna km afstand. Een groot pakket, Doe GEEN ZAKEN MET DOD.

@DPDCare_U_K so medication parcel meant to be delivered between 12.03 and 13.03 today. Driver arrived....spent 10 mins searching for our parcel ..not found. What part of this enables you to lie that it wasn't delivered because you couldn't locate our property?

@beenwaitinforu DPD don't even bother delivering my parcels anymore 😭 ONE single time I asked them to deliver it to a local collection point cause I didn't know if I'd be home & they now deliver it to that collection point every time despite my address being on the packages 😭

@allanwin This is a weird one! 3:21 this afternoon I get a message on phone that RM tried to deliver package but no one home. Earlier put note on door asking them & DPD to knock hard on glass. Dogs would go mental; great, we can hear delivery. Needless to say DPD did what I asked & all OK

F*cking marvellous! RM have lost/damaged my parcel. Been on phone for over 90 minutes trying to get refund. Poorly spoken supervisor can only issue refund if I’ve an email Milne banking account. I haven’t, nor do I intend to. Requested cheque; we don’t send out cheques! 1/2

@Inge38tweet #DPD leverde bij de buren een pakket af voor de deur voor een huis met hetzelfde nr, maar dan wel 6 straten verder. Allemaal medische middelen. #DPD was niet bereid het op te halen en op het juiste adres af te leveren. 'Moet u doen, u heeft getekend'. Niet dus. Krabbel chauffeur.

Mijn pakket is bij de buren afgeleverd. Ik was gewoon thuis en heb geen bus van jullie voor mijn deur gezien. Hoe dan?? Vreselijk irritant dit!! #DPD

@_DPD_DeliveryUK I've followed you, but I can't access the DM's any more - @X has made it impossible. Everyone seems to make it deliberately difficult to contact them - I tried emailing you, tried looking up on social media, tried to DM you - no luck anywhere. We customers are sick & tired of it.

Hopeless service from @currys & dpd! Whats the matter with people these days? Why can't they do their jobs properly? Booked & paid for today delivery. Delivery man doesn't knock, then says he missed me! What a lie - I was sitting here all morning. So now tomorrow -not good enough

Fuck DPD. How is your system never updated? How do I just now see that you won't deliver my package today? You didn't send me an email. You sent me an email confirming delivery today. I've waited around for nothing.
