@YESBANK While deducting emis there are never any delays and now when it comes to giving noc after my loan closure it's been close to 15 days and you still investigation. What is to investigate. I need noc today or I need to go further?

@YESBANK You send me an email at 5.38pm today stating i have to make 29 rs by today or else charges will be levied for every day delay. Plus no mention of how to pay? Also the Iris app does not show any payment pending. Check internally and then respond. You took 10 days to respond.
@YESBANK You just need to provide me NOC and you are so much time. This should be your normal procedure to provide NOC once a customer has completed repaid the loan.
@YESBANK I just got a msg that 29 rs is due which is incorrect.
My complete loan was auto debited.IRIS says no active loans.this is contradictory. Please check this ASAP and also need confirmation that auto debit will stop. It should not happen that next month certain amount is debited.
