Currently been sitting in at Woolwich @Enterprise branch for 3 hours as the van I’ve booked is not available. No warning, nothing. Turned up and is not here.

@enterprisecares I walked in today at approx. 11am, at your 1450 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33161 location. Simple rental for an insurance covered economy car. Attendant attempted a bait&switch, manager covered for him. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. @Hertz did it right w/ a smile!

@enterprisecares@Hertz ZERO customer service skills or care about the customer. I drove to the nearby @Hertz and got an economy vehicle, was treated nicely and with a smile, in & out in 15 minutes.

@Enterprise I received an unsafe vehicle from Enterprise. I am impacted by Hurricane Milton and was forced to put my families lives at risk driving to evacuate. The tires are bald and have low tire pressure. On numerous occasions we lost traction and almost had an accident
