We just pulled salary data from 700+ Amazon & eCommerce job posts across 78 countries. Here's what companies are paying right now (median annual salary, USD): 🇺🇸 US — $90,000–$117,000 🇨🇦 Canada — $85,000–$102,000 🇬🇧 UK — $64,000–$77,000 🇩🇪 Germany — $58,000–$71,000 🇪🇸 Spain — $38,000–$48,000 🇮🇹 Italy — $38,000–$43,000 🇳🇱 Netherlands — $31,000–$37,000 That's just salary. Add payroll taxes, benefits, office costs, and recruitment fees — you're looking at 1.3–1.5x those numbers. Or you could hire through Pare. Our all-in monthly cost: $2,600–$6,000. That covers the candidate's compensation, contracts, HR, and community access. No retainer. No percentage-of-salary fees. One flat monthly rate. Let's put that in context: → A mid-level Amazon Ads Manager in the US costs ~$9,750/mo fully loaded → The same calibre of talent through Pare: ~$4,500/mo all-in → That's a 54% saving — $63,000/year back in your pocket We're not competing on cheap labour. Our candidates sit Amazon exams, complete Hireflix video screenings, and go through structured assessments before they ever reach your inbox. The difference is that we've built infrastructure to hire from the global talent pool — not just the postcode nearest to your office. If you're scaling an Amazon or eCommerce team and want to see the full salary breakdown, DM me. Data sourced from 700+ live job posts analysed by Pare's salary intelligence system.

@LinkedIn jobs £75 budget. India. 225 applicants. £25 budget. India. 24 applicants. Exactly the same job, 1 week apart. How can this work? The system seems so broken. And there is no transparency to the logic for these charges per applicant.

Did you know candidates are cheating during your Amazon interview? We reject 99.2% of ads manager applications. You only speak to the 0.8% (often less given our matching). If you haven't hired an amazon ads expert recently, or ever - and you dont do the job yourself - then how can you truly make a well informed hiring decision?

@michaelpatron0 You should check out pare.so The community element means agency in the loop benefit, but full time in house benefit too. You’re big enough to validate it I’d say

Paid 350K in tariffs over the last 4 months. Would have cost me about 80K less last year. That extra 320Kish a year would be nice to have to retain talent or keep prices low. Will continue to stay lean this year.

@michaelpatron0 using an agency for your ads or have you gone in house (my recommendation these days is the latter)

@_GeorgeReid_ Just hired product dev/product manager. No other roles now - possible 1-2 more in marketing later in the year or next year but mostly staying lean.

@_GeorgeReid_ When we have less profit we can't hire aggressively and can't spread the profit around as much. EG - 100% of employees get profit sharing but that is less when costs increase.

@permylast_email @MorningBrew We screen thousands of them a month. So many are fake. They’ve written with ai. We evaluate with ai. Then they immediately enter a one way interview. Which gives us more “flavour” of the candidates Should we drop them altogether?

🦀🦀 Introducing Profasee Ultra 🦀🦀 I've spent the last few months heads down building something I've never seen done for Amazon sellers. Not an AI chatbot. Not another dashboard. AI agents that actually DO things in your account. Here's the difference that changed everything for me: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude -- you ask, they respond. You still do the work. Profasee Ultra -- you ask, it ACTS. Bids adjusted. Forecasts updated. Waste blocked. While you sleep. A few things I learned building this: 1. You can't delegate this work. Not to a team. Not to an agency. If you want to understand what AI can actually do for your business, you have to spend time with it yourself. There's no shortcut. 2. Persistence is the skill. This stuff breaks. It runs into walls. The sellers who win with AI aren't the most technical ones -- they're the ones who don't quit when it gets frustrating. 3. The reframe is everything. Stop asking AI what to research. Start asking what it can DO for you. That one shift changes everything. So here's what we built: Meet the crew running my Amazon business 24/7: Marko -- your PPC agent. Kills wasted spend. Mines for profitable search terms. Adjusts bids automatically. Bruno -- demand forecasting and inventory. Knows before you do when you're about to stock out. Oracle -- repricing. Moves your prices based on competition and velocity. Claudia -- your AI COO. Oversees all of them and coordinates strategy. The question I kept asking while building this: What would it cost to hire four specialists who work 24 hours a day, never take a vacation, and dont take a lunch break? That's what this is. If you're spending $5K-10K/month on agencies, softwares and VAs to manage what these agents can handle -- I want to show you something. Drop a comment or DM me. Happy to walk you through it.

One thing that I've noticed with using AI is that I achieve so much but it's at such a pace that my own mind can't remember all the things I've achieved.

Not only does Claude Code Remote Control make me feel like a wizard on the go, but the user interface is much sleeker than the terminal. Ran my daily briefing skill while in an uber. Phenomenal.

@amazonwithbrett yes i think software will come in house. it has already for many other things - e.g. i custom built a CRM in the last few months. but that custom software will need to be built by a smart operator

With Amazon ads api connecting MCP with Claude/openai/ Gemini. What’s the barrier to entry to sellers to use it? API connector? I see lots of softwares starting to push they built out AI for ads, can’t anyone set up an api connector and do this?

To pay @remote $34 we actually have to pay out $47.54 There's just something fundamentally wrong with their price that I've disliked since starting with them. Lots of hidden fees that are overlooked throughout the onboarding.

AI for marketing is simple: 1. Transcribe EVERY conversation 2. Build an LLM per client in @NotebookLM 3. Use this LLM as your copilot for EVERYTHING Each LLM includes organised call transcripts, sales decks, competitor websites, podcast transcripts, customer interviews, etc.
