@KateLeeCEO @OctopusEnergy They’ve done the same to me. I’ve only been waiting over 2 months. When and if they fit it in late Jan it will be over 3 months from ordering a charger. Very poor service



@KateLeeCEO @OctopusEnergy Took months to get our smart meter working. Plenty of waiting around for no shows and then rescheduled visits to carry out the same troubleshooting steps with different people. Eventually sorted it after a few months but wouldnt refund the additional charges it had cost to charge

@OctopusEnergy hey there. I’m on a fixed gas tariff and intelligent octopus go for my electricity. My fixed gas tariff finishes on 27th. Can I change to a new fixed gas only online?

@mervpayne @OctopusEnergy I thought they could no longer cut you off? I know they’ll swap for a pay as you go, but that letter seems wrong on so many levels 🤬

@mervpayne @OctopusEnergy This is not entirely truthful is it Merv? Not the first letter. I reckon you cleared the debt just before the letter was received. Also look at the wording. it doesn't say electricity WILL be cut off. It's just an option should you continue to ignore

@OctopusEnergy over 5 1/2 hours to fit an ev charger on Christmas Eve that should have been done in November. No communication on times, person who did survey said it would be an 1 1/2 hours?! Thanks for ruining our Xmas eve
