Companies that give wages to match living expenses will get the employees who want to work. If not theres a line up.

Lots of discussion surrounding the updated Rust player model. Your model is updated, what your player looks like on Staging now will likely change for release in June. On the roadmap, we do have player customization scheduled to be released Q4 2026, allowing you to change your appearance.
