I did a 7 hour brain reset
No phone, no laptop, no books, NOTHING, just silence in a room.
Here’s why and what happened:
1. no one can do this anymore. Our dopamine is fried and you know it.
2. It is extremely important to have brain clarity in these crazy AI times so I needed a brain reset.
3. I documented it so my friends can see that I’m not bullshiting them.
4. It was HARD. After the first hours your mind starts processing unconscious suppressed feelings.
I missed my family, I was angry from stuff from 10 years ago, I unlocked lost memories.
5. It was extremely beneficial, felt like a new man at 2 PM, I started at 7 AM.
6. I did NOT go in the nature because the point is to have 0 sensory stimulation. The point was to be alone with my thoughts, not to enjoy nature.
7. This is the solution to reset many modern mind diseases and anxiety.
8. I challenge Bryan Johnson to do this.
9. I challenge you to do this. Do even 1 hour.
It will make your life better.
You will remember what it feels to be human again. I promise.
