@_MVTTP20 Hi Matt, I've been looking into this and it has been starting from Leeds instead of Bradford due to train availability due to the engineering works in the York area over the past weekends. I'm sorry this hasn't been publicised very well. ^Nicholas

@_MVTTP20 Hi Matt, the 07.37 from Bradford is a Northern service before changing at Leeds to our LNER service. As far as I can see, the Northern service is running on time. Unless, I've missed something? ^Nicholas

@northernassist conductor telling people at the back of the train to go to the front because he ‘suspects’ there will be seats. I can confirm, there are none.

@northernassist can’t see any reason why the 17:56 from Leeds to skipton is short formed today. So far this week it’s been a 6 car train. Could you explain why? Thanks

@northernassist would it be possible to install some air fresheners on your trains? Someone just did a really smelly poo and it stunk the carriage out

Trains may be short-formed due to issues with rolling stock, such as technical faults, maintenance, or carriage shortages. Occasionally, a shorter replacement train is used when the original isn’t available, leading to fewer carriages than planned. Hope this helps explain.
