@fffabs @PlayStationUK @PlayStationEU @DPDCare I found that same Reddit thread too. Unfortunately DPD won’t even speak to me about it. Apparently an investigation has to be raised by @PlayStationUK @PlayStationEU @PlayStationEU before they will look into it. But they won’t speak to each other!!
