@RedactedNews @dbongino @RealStevefriend @KyleSeraphin Don’t know why more @GOP & conservatives don’t understand permanently deweaponizing the FBI is THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK for this @realDonaldTrump admin!!! Abuse of rights today allowed under the guise of intelligence investigations would have agents swinging from a rope in 1776.

LOL. It was a binary choice. He voted to keep Obamacare.
Roy Trout@roytrout911

@shipwreckedcrew No Massie didnt. It wasn’t a clean repeal. It kept a lot of garbage on there. Do you even care about being honest

@wesker_logan @RentseekD @shipwreckedcrew I agree. Their position is less government in private affairs=greater liberty. As James Madison said this constitution only works for a moral and religious people. There is no amount of law or police state that can content with unbridled human passion.

I understand that. I understand his "principled" position that a full repeal with no replacement was the "best" option. That wasn't the vote on the floor because 217 other members of the GOP caucus didn't agree with him. He voted against the GOP bill -- he voted with the Democrats in an effort to defeat it. Legislating is a "process." Sometimes gains come incrementally. Obama rammed thru Obamacare even though it was politically unpopular. In the next election the Dems lost 63 House seats. It is almost NEVER the right decision to insist on the "all or nothing" binary. Eliminating Obamacare with nothing to take its place would have cost the GOP 50+ seats in 2012.
Mikey@_MikeyLewis

@shipwreckedcrew Per Grok: No, Massie didnt vote to “keep” Obamacare. He consistently voted against full Obamacare and GOP-led partial reform or “repeal-and-replace” bills, arguing they didn’t go far enough toward true repeal and free-market changes. Now you’re just lying.

@wesker_logan @shipwreckedcrew He’s free to have his opinion but should be accurate in his facts. A whole lotta spin going on. The biggest obstruction to Trumps agenda, whatever that is each day, is GOP Inc.

@_MikeyLewis @shipwreckedcrew No, he's not lying. What Massie has been doing is a classic case of "the perfect is the enemy of the good". We could've achieved SOMETHING, but he demanded EVERYTHING, and so we got NOTHING. Ship is ENTIRELY correct on this.

@HorEmperor Not at all. Facts and words mean something. Unserious and crooked minds conflate and/or obfuscate to spin a point that fails the accuracy test. 19 other GOP voted with Massie and senate didn’t pass it. False argument to blame it on Massie.

People who make this "argument" are deeply unserious. Basically overgrown children. They don't understand how politics and governance works at all, and fantasize that if they just stamp their feet and scream "I want it PERFECT" over and over, they'll get results.

@ambrosecarol2 @shipwreckedcrew So what you’re saying is you would prefer to eat 1/2 a shit sandwich instead of a whole. The ‘repeal’ bill passed House but failed in Senate, but blame Massie who called the bill “worse than the ACA. He supported the tax reform package which removed the financial penalty.

@toddstarnes GOP Inc has failed to get behind Trump. That’s coming too for the entire GOP. And what about for Trump betraying his own campaign promises? It’s a disaster of his own making. He values unquestioned loyalty about conservative principles.

RE: My Rant on Thomas Massie Supporters [THIS POST IS DIRECTED AT MASSIE SUPPORTERS AND NO ONE ELSE.] I am sick and tired of Massie supporters stating how “disappointed” they are at me for calling out his constant perfidy. I oppose Massie precisely because I so strongly support conservatism. Massie always TALKS a good conservative game, but when push comes to shove and actual ACTION is needed, he is the Democrat’s best friend. Don’t cite some rating agency’s “conservative score” for Massie in a feeble attempt to contradict me. When his vote is not needed, he votes conservative. But when his vote IS needed, he grandstands as the toxic narcissist he is, mumbles about his precious “principles,” and then ensures that things go the Democrat’s way. Politics requires some level of compromise. Always has. Always will. Anyone who refuses to ever compromise does the bidding of the people he/she disagrees with. Massie talks about supporting Republicans while his actions and inactions (the ones that actually matter) support Democrats. And Epstein? Show me what Massie has done that actually holds criminals accountable on the Epstein matter. And guess what? Criticizing Massie on his disgusting exploitation of Epstein victims for his own personal gain does not make me a “pedophile protector,” you ignorant, libelous tools. There is a reason that the New York Times, rabid Marxist Ro Khanna and Crazy Candace Owens all support Thomas Massie. If you are a Massie supporter, I adjudge you as being indistinguishable from the NYT, Khanna and Crazy Candace. That’s the company you keep, you conservatism-hating Massie supporters. Don’t like it? Don’t follow me. Go follow the Krassensteins, as that’s where your beliefs align as a practical matter. Now beat it. (And no, Israel did not pay me $7,000 to post this, you paranoid antisemitic monsters.) ****RANT OVER****

MAZE@mazemoore·
This interview from March is a perfect example of how Thomas Massie grifts off of the Epstein case and lies to smear Trump. I've watched almost all his interviews on the Epstein case. Same pattern. The grift, the denying that he's trying to damage Trump (when it's very obvious that's what he's trying to do), and then some straight up lies. Rinse and repeat. GRIFT: Until people are perp walked to prison, the DOJ can't be trusted and is covering up for men who are guilty of raping children. No proof, no evidence, no names, no descriptions, no time frames, no victims who will confirm. Massie can't say how, he just knows people are guilty and Trump's DOJ can't be trusted. What he is alleging can never be proven to not be true because he will just claim that something is being covered up. Irresponsible, dangerous, and self-serving. It's like when Eric Swalwell would say that Trump needed to prove that he wasn't working for Russia. DENIAL: In this interview Massie denied that his March X post suggesting that Trump started the Iran war to distract from the Epstein case was actually suggesting that Trump started the Iran war to distract from the Epstein case. It got about 300k likes, went viral, made the news, and immediately became a Democrat talking point. Then Massie denies what he was obviously doing with that post. It's not genius. It's just undermining the President and then not being brave enough to own it. LIE: In this interview Massie actually claimed that he endorsed Trump because Trump promised to expose the "Epstein class." This is so unbelievably ridiculous. At any time during the Biden years Massie could have asked Christopher Wray about the Epstein case. Massie sat in hearings questioning Wray while other politicians who actually cared asked questions about Epstein and the victims. Massie had no interest at all. No follow up questions. Nothing. And Trump didn't run on exposing Epstein's conspirators. That's not why Massie supported him. What a lie. Massie's Epstein grift is dangerous and straight up evil. And for the Massie fans no I'm not Jewish, no I'm not getting paid to post and never have, and it's ok that you "lost all respect" for me, I'll live. BTW if Massie wins his first post will probably be "They tried to stop me from getting justice for the survivors, but now I'm more determined than ever." More BS but people will eat it up. It will get 500k likes and raise him a bunch of money. And he will do it again when he needs attention or money.

I could not care less whether someone who is a brainwashed rube has "respect" for me. I demand ACTION, not words, and Massie's every ACTION supports the Democrat agenda. Show me a SINGLE, EFFECTIVE piece of legislation that Massie sponsored that became law and supports conservative principles. YOU CANNOT. That's because Massie is a narcissistic snake oil salesman who appeals to people like you who do not have the first clue that politics always has and always will include a degree of compromise. But it's not that Massie won't compromise that's the problem--it's how he enables and empowers Democrats. Massie is conservatism's WORST ENEMY. He is endorsed by the New York Times, Ro Khanna and Candace Owens, for Pete's sake. You call yourself a "conservative" while your actions do nothing other than empower Democrats. Learn to reason. Learn to think. Learn how change ACTUALLY HAPPENS, because the change you want is totally thwarted by Massie's every grandstanding, ineffective troll rant. You're a buffoon.

I took some time to consider Trump’s attack on Lauren Boebert and desperate call for a primary challenger in CO-4, because despite how grateful I’ve been for him, it is wildly ignorant. The filing deadline passed March 18th, nearly two months ago. This isn’t just a gaffe. It’s a complete failure by the people around him. His team, advisors, and inner circle couldn’t be bothered to check the most basic election fact before he posted. Zero due diligence. Worse, he’s basically endorsing a Democrat to win a safe Republican seat. CO-4 is Solid R, but by sabotaging Boebert, he risks handing the district to Democrats. Supporters of this nonsense without independent thought and due diligence are just following grudges over facts and what’s right for our nation.

I wish President Trump would conserve his energy and stop going after conservatives like Congressman Thomas Massie, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, and former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. He should direct that focus instead toward the RINOs who are obstructing the Save Act and refusing to confirm his nominations. Those are the ones actually derailing his agenda.
