Claude Cowork Sub-Agents are f*cking cracked 🤯 One prompt → 50 competitor ads analyzed, hooks extracted, and a full creative brief generated. 10 AI agents running in parallel, under 5 minutes. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still doing creative research and ad production one task at a time inside Claude. If you're analyzing competitor ads one by one, copying hooks into a spreadsheet manually, writing brief after brief from scratch, and watching Claude's output quality fall off a cliff after the 15th variation because the context window is completely bloated... Sub-agents eliminate the entire bottleneck: → Drop in a spreadsheet of 50 competitor ads and spin up 10 parallel sub-agents → Each sub-agent analyzes 5 ads simultaneously — hooks, angles, CTAs, emotional tone, creative format → They report structured summaries back to the main agent without bloating the context → The main agent synthesizes patterns across all 50 ads into a competitive intel brief → Then spin up another round of sub-agents to generate 30 ad copy variations across 10 personas → Each sub-agent writes for 1-2 personas in a fresh context — so variation 30 is as sharp as variation 1 No analyzing ads one at a time. No context window blowing up halfway through. No copy quality degrading after the first dozen variations. What this gives you: → 50 competitor ads broken down in minutes — hooks, angles, CTAs, formats, all structured → Pattern analysis across the full dataset that you'd miss reviewing ads individually → 30+ ad copy variations with persona-specific messaging that actually stays sharp → A workflow you can save as reusable skills and trigger with one command next time → The same output quality on the last task as the first Built 100% inside Claude Cowork with sub-agents. I put together a full DTC playbook: 5 bulk workflows with copy-paste prompts, the exact sub-agent prompting pattern, batching guidelines, and an honest breakdown of when this setup is worth it vs. when a simpler approach is the better move. Honored and excited to be speaking on this momentous panel next week. Testosterone has be clouded in misconceptions and stigma when in fact it’s a vital metabolic hormone. We an androgen receptor on nearly every organ in our body, we should be paying a lot more attention to its role in human health (both men and women!) @DrMohitKhera @US_FDA @DrMorgentaler @SaveYourSexLife @drhelenbernie @trost_landon @DrLipshultzTips

This a huge issue so we need to further educate the public on how important testosterone is as a metabolic hormone. This is one way for us to improve health across the population and to reduce healthcare spend massively. Testosterone plays a role across most body functions but let’s just take type 2 diabetes and insulin sensitivity. Studies show testosterone being effective on remission of Type 2 Diabetes as well as prevent progression from Pre Diabetes to T2D. @MariusPharma leading the way here. Lots of great advocates as well. @drgabriellelyon @DrMohitKhera

Testosterone levels are declining in the United States. Researchers from Harvard and the Cleveland Clinic link the decline to weight gain, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle and external toxins. This is a massive issue. Why is the media castigating @SecKennedy for pointing it out?

FDA’s war on public health is about to end. This includes its aggressive suppression of psychedelics, peptides, stem cells, raw milk, hyperbaric therapies, chelating compounds, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamins, clean foods, sunshine, exercise, nutraceuticals and anything else that advances human health and can't be patented by Pharma. If you work for the FDA and are part of this corrupt system, I have two messages for you: 1. Preserve your records, and 2. Pack your bags.

@thesamparr Focus is the case with previous generation's businesses, which most are result of long-term sweat and created massive amounts of generational wealth. The unfocused/try your hand at many things are likely due to a scatterbrain society, pace of change and maybe even VC money 😬

My current belief: Working on 1 good business for 10 years will likely beat working on 10 decent things for 1 year each. Focus is hard. But I think working on 1 thing for a long time will create way more value than working on 10 things for short time.

@MichaelAlbertMD Agree very high CACs and low LTVs as no differentiation from most players today. Delivery of DTC care is important for patients from an access perspective (and engagement) so the big question is how do we create a sustainable model for issue specific care or preventive?

Lots of investors decrying the anemic prospects of DTC healthcare services over lost investments. Is DTC healthcare dying? High CAC and low LTV is not ideal. 😬

@mkaeberlein Very prevalent in the #testosterone space. Early debates and myths continue to plague the space despite the tremendous amount of recent research showing the importance (and little risk if replaced to adequate levels) of this metabolic hormone.

Personal vendettas in science, as in the rest of life, are counterproductive. We'd make a lot more progress by spending more time working to get closer to the truth and less time trying to win an argument or make the other person look bad.

If you dread cold showers or a cold plunge first thing in the morning, you stand to benefit more, not less from the long lasting adrenaline & dopamine increase it triggers. No obligation; there are many other tools to select from. Avoid deliberate cold after workouts however.
