This a huge issue so we need to further educate the public on how important testosterone is as a metabolic hormone. This is one way for us to improve health across the population and to reduce healthcare spend massively. @thesamparr Focus is the case with previous generation's businesses, which most are result of long-term sweat and created massive amounts of generational wealth. The unfocused/try your hand at many things are likely due to a scatterbrain society, pace of change and maybe even VC money 😬

My current belief: Working on 1 good business for 10 years will likely beat working on 10 decent things for 1 year each. Focus is hard. But I think working on 1 thing for a long time will create way more value than working on 10 things for short time.

@MichaelAlbertMD Agree very high CACs and low LTVs as no differentiation from most players today. Delivery of DTC care is important for patients from an access perspective (and engagement) so the big question is how do we create a sustainable model for issue specific care or preventive?

@mkaeberlein Very prevalent in the #testosterone space. Early debates and myths continue to plague the space despite the tremendous amount of recent research showing the importance (and little risk if replaced to adequate levels) of this metabolic hormone.

Personal vendettas in science, as in the rest of life, are counterproductive. We'd make a lot more progress by spending more time working to get closer to the truth and less time trying to win an argument or make the other person look bad.
