#TheOdyssey is a stone-cold masterpiece. The epic has long been one of my favorite tales, and Christopher Nolan brought scale, style, magic, and humanity to it. Matt Damon excels, Tom Holland packs loads of charisma. Three breezy hours but I already want to see it again. Amazing.

THE ODYSSEY is monumental. This is Nolan operating on a singular, accelerated level. Its spectacular cast, practical effects and gigantic scale come together to create a spin on Homer’s epic that might surprise people. A beautiful cinematic achievement, and a true masterpiece.

In a world where so many films are spoiled in trailers, you have seen very little of what lies within The Odyssey.

Christopher Nolan somehow keeps raising the bar. THE ODYSSEY is one of the biggest, most epic movies I’ve ever seen. It’s got massive battles, incredible IMAX visuals, and feels like a true myth brought to life, but underneath all of that it’s really about one man trying to get back home. That’s what hit me the most. Matt Damon absolutely owns the role of Odysseus. You feel every loss, every mistake, and every victory with him. Anne Hathaway is fantastic as Penelope, and Tom Holland surprised me in the best way. He’s proving he can be much more than Spider-Man. The supporting cast is stacked, Ludwig Göransson’s score is unbelievable, and Nolan’s practical filmmaking makes everything feel real instead of CGI overload. Every frame feels huge. If you love Greek mythology, sword fights, monsters, gods, emotional stories, and movies that actually make you think, this is everything you could want. Nolan didn’t just make another blockbuster—he made an adventure that feels timeless. I seriously can’t wait to watch it again. This might end up being my favorite Nolan movie. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THE ODYSSEY is Christopher Nolan’s crowning achievement. He fully commits to the myth and it's unlike anything he has made before. This movie is strange, stunningly beautiful, and the cast is doing the best work of their careers. Do whatever you can to see it in IMAX 70MM.

#TheOdysseyMovie deserves more consideration than I can possibly put here, immediately post-premiere... But wow. This feels like watershed filmmaking. Simultaneously the most Christopher Nolan movie ever while being completely different to anything he's done before. Simply epic.

A sensational experience tonight seeing The Odyssey at the world premiere on 70mm IMAX, with pretty much the entire cast (plus Laurence Fishburne!) watching it at the same time. My second go round and even more satisfying this time around. This is rich, propulsive, deeply emotional filmmaking, which in its exceptional third act proves to have a lot in common with Oppenheimer. Too many cast standouts to mention, but today I loved Elliot Page, John Leguizamo, and everything Robert Pattinson did. Big ‘Alan Rickman in Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves’ energy. To quote Benny Safdie as the credits rolled, “That was insane.”

Nolan turns THE ODYSSEY into a spectacle of pure cinematic ambition: a visually dazzling journey that grabs you and won’t let go. Matt Damon is a cunning Odysseus, delivering a commanding performance. Holland and Hathaway bring artistic brilliance to the film. A monumental epic!

The Odyssey truly delivers. Christopher Nolan’s film is a huge action-adventure spectacle full of blood and thunder. Matt Damon a worthy hero and big performances across the board with Himesh Patel, John Leguizamo, Robert Pattinson, Elliot Page and Samantha Morton my picks. Ace.
