@beanfieldcanada note: support tested "Regular mode" for a few hours and it seemed to work fine (note issue is intermittent to begin with). and now I am being told that since "regular mode" seems to work fine, there's nothing more that can be done.
this has been the most frustrating week in a very long time, all thanks to @beanfieldcanada support and your constant attempts at gaslighting me into thinking it's MY equipment that is at fault. Your Internet service INCLUDES "BYoR" mode if it doesn't work then YOU are at fault.

@beanfieldcanada I was told that you guys actually found something wrong@18 harbour st and fixed it but this has been going on for at least 5 days now. The issue is, it will look fixed (4Gb up/down), but then go back to doing this after some time again.
@beanfieldcanada ...also, I'm worried about what y'all are doing for other customers who aren't as technical as I am, and who aren't aware of ieee standards. Just refusing to change 10 year old cable is crazy, it costs you pennies and a few dollars of technician time to pull new cable.

@beanfieldcanada why does your 4Gbps service use cat5e cables? Every site on the Internet says cat5e is not rated above 1Gbps, yet your technicians insist on not upgrading my cat5 to cat6 for the runs they do inside the house
@beanfieldcanada your support team contacted me...and didn't solve the issue. They kept telling me they cannot replace the cable THEY PUT IN HERE. Didn't beanfield used to offer cabling inside the apartment as part of installation service?

@YouTube in case you don't see the problem, I'm searching for leather (Coronado is a leather maker) videos and part way through I get "u might also like" but it's EXTREMELY GROSS, GRAPHIC AND UPSETTING videos. Please adjust whatever stupid algorithm is doing this
