Was at a gathering in New Jersey today where many Telugu friends were upset that Chief Minister C.Joseph Vijay has halted the Parandur Airport project. When I asked why, many openly said they had invested in lands around Parandur (Kanchipuram) expecting prices to multiply. They also claimed a large number of Andhra investors had bought land there. Now I’m genuinely curious. A single letter real estate company has acquired large areas of land around Parandur. Also politicians and officials with prior knowledge. Purely conflict of interest. Need criminal action without any mercy. @TVKVijayHQ

பரந்தூர் விமான நிலைய கட்டுமானத்தை நிறுத்தி வைத்தால் அதை திமுக எதிர்க்க கூடாது. சென்னையை சுற்றியுள்ள அத்தனை மக்களும் தவெகவிற்குதான் வாக்களித்திருக்கிறார்கள். விஜய் அதற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துதான் வாக்குகளை வாங்கியிருக்கிறார். சென்னை மக்கள் வளர்ச்சி தேவையில்லை என்று நினைத்தால் அதை அப்படியே விட்டுவிடுவதுதான் நல்லது. அடுத்த முறையாவது மற்ற நகரங்களை கவனிப்போம்.
