Women are 51% of the population, yet every e-sports League, that isn't specifically for women, have no female players. Surely there should be at least a few that make it to the top 🤔

@overdosingrot There’s a reason chess has a women’s division. There’s tons of examples where we have a women’s league and they never participate in the man’s because they aren’t as good. It’s just biology but I don’t expect people who think a man in a dress is a woman would know biology.

@overdosingrot there may be a link between testosterone and reaction time. I don’t know of any studies on this, but I did notice my performance in certain video games got slightly worse after starting feminizing hrt.

Obávám se, že jakákoliv takováhle plošná regulace se obrátí proti státu. Tady bych se bál hlavně o to, že v nejchudších regionech to zabalí ty poslední zbývající firmy.

Reálné řešení je zde mít dvě min mzdy. Protože 33.600 je na Ústí prostě moc za minimálku. Ale Praha/Brno tohle vezmou jak nic.

@_Zixon @sickmichaela Pochybuji, že firmy v Praze nebo Brně ještě zaměstnávají někoho, komu by platili míň, než 50% průměrné mzdy.
Tohle bude problém pro malé firmy na vesnicích a malých městech a v Babišových drůbežárnách. Není to problém pro Prahu a Brno.

@sickmichaela Byznys plán počítá s tím, kolik firma vydělá na tom, co prodává, v porovnání s tím, kolik ta výroba stojí. Od toho se vyvíjejí plat zaměstnanců, kde těm klíčovým se firma snaží dát maximum toho, co je pro ni rentabilní, aby si je udržela.
Nájem je v tom naprosto irelevantní.

this. men DO have an advantage in video games. Sampling bias: more men play competitive games than women do. more samples means higher chance one of those samples will be the highest. Socialization: Of the small amount of girls who did grow up playing video games we more often than not didnt play games like cod or halo (for me it was mario and minecraft) Resources: Mens teams get vastly more funding, better coaches, play against better teams, etc. The solution to this is NOT segregating gender. Game changers is NOT about giving women an easier playing field because we don't need an easier playing we need access to the SAME playing field and since trans women, trans men, and non binary people are all also in need of that, they belong there just as much as anyone else. We need access to the same resources, encouragement, and upbringing, none of which relates to biology. You do not care about women, you do not support women, you see us as inferior and in need of a "little league". Do not use me to spew your transphobic and misogynist rhetoric. If you're a woman and you're against playing against trans woman you have a massive skill issue and should be ashamed that you're latching onto hate to cushion your fragile ego instead of just putting in the dedication everyone else has to. thanks for coming to my ted talk. froggy out

“Biological Girls Only” in a VALORANT tournament… The whole reason I love competing in esports rather than actual sports is because there is no biological advantage/disadvantage to playing video games. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind excluding trans women in this.
