@SamMarkWill @northernassist Doesn’t help this problem in particular (but can see you’ve had plenty of help), but I don’t use e-tickets or Trainline any longer because of issues like this. If you use a paper ticket and there’s an issue, inspectors are rational and they’re the judge.
