It’s not their idea or their fault that Ofsted will judge them in whether parents choose term time holidays. @HeyMissSmith Heard today of a 7 yr old who was to be bridesmaid at her uncle’s wedding but wedding is on a Friday and they would have to fly on the Thursday morning. School have refused to allow her to go. Try explaining that to a disappointed 7 yr old. Family can’t afford fines and flights
