Or make GamePass modular - have a base subscription and allow subscribers to customise and only pay for specific parts they want, such as:
- 1st Party Day 1 releases
- EA games
- PC access
- cloud stream
& so on

Make it completely modular, where you can pick the things you want in your subscription and each modular piece has a price.
Then I don't have to pay more for Ultimate because a Fortnite sub was added to it when I don't play Fortnite

While I have you, if you'd like an easy win with the Xbox community, here's an idea: enhance the Premium tier of Game Pass, as $30 for Ultimate priced many out. I suggest a "voucher" system that gives Premium members 1 day-one game download per quarter they subscribe – and let them accrue so that if I sub all year and want to use all 4 in Q4, I can do that.
You all are shipping enough games that there's still plenty of incentive to sub to Ultimate for those who can do the $30/month, but after three straight years of Game Pass price increases, many Xbox gamers are feeling pretty nickel-and-dimed.

See? This is the problem. Andy, I respect you and your work, but this kind of reaction is not helping. Are Xbox owners not getting Halo or any other Xbox games that are published? Why should anyone feel upset if previously exclusive games go elsewhere? They're not losing a thing. This kind of thinking needs to end. I shelled out several thousand on an Xbox and have almost 3000 games. Im not upset one bit, because I know that any game they release will be on my Xbox. Nothing about this strategy is bad for the consumer. More eyes and availability on games is a good thing
