I built a little saas tool for my TTRPG friends and me. Paste a 5e, OSE, or B/X stat block → get a streamlined card you can tune, print, or export as JSON. duskwardentools.com/app/convert If you’re running OSR or Shadowdark games, would love to know if this saves you any prep time.

@cryptopunk7213 He paid a Realtor to list his home on the MLS, then paid an attorney to review the contract, and still paid the buyer's Realtor 3% to bring him the buyer. People sell by owner all the time - so how did Al sell his home?

i mean this story is insane. man used chatgpt to sell his house in 5 DAYS. got 5 offers in 72 hours. no real estate agents. saved so much money doing it too. he used AI to: > price the house (researched neighboring properties for sale) > wrote up the legal contracts (saving him $500/hr lawyers) > best part: MARKETED the fucking property for him (usually you pay estate agents for their network of buyers - ChatGPT did all of this) i honestly thought sales people would be hard for AI to replace (you need to know people) but apparently not
Dexerto@Dexerto

Florida man sold his house in just 5 days after letting ChatGPT handle the entire process instead of a real estate agent The AI handled pricing, marketing, showings, and even helped draft the contract

What y'all need to understand is that the mission required stealth, not speed. A large, flying Eagle formation would have been immediately spotted by Sauron’s forces, intercepted by the Nazgûl on their fell beasts, and subjected to intense aerial defense. Additionally, the Eagles are proud, intelligent spirits, not servants or taxis. *wipes off crumbs from belly and goes back to playing WoW.

From Gemini 3 Pro: "Based on current technical standards and statements from major AI companies (as of early 2026), the claims in this tweet are mostly false and misleading. While the steps described won't hurt your website, they will not guarantee that your site gets "seen" or prioritized by ChatGPT, Gemini, or other major LLMs. Here is the breakdown of why this advice is currently a myth:"

To get your website seen on ChatGPT, Gemini, and the rest, do this: 1. Add a detailed summary about your product or services as an llms.txt file on your website 2. Then submit the page to these websites: - llmstxt.site - directory.llmstxt.cloud 3. ( Optional ) You can also submit it to Google Search Console Thank me later

Universalism was a prominent position of the early church, particularly in the Greek-speaking East, during the first four to five centuries. Some of it's proponents were Origen, Gregory of Nyssa, and Clement of Alexandria. Not exactly slouches in terms of early church influence/leadership.

This guy’s lack of fear in distorting the Word is demonic. Yes, his universalism is heretical. Yes, the nonsense below is evil. But past that, the Bible doesn’t mince words about the judgment of those who claim to be teachers and use that influence to lead others astray.

Sounds like you had the misfortune of dealing with some of the crappy ones. The good ones make a big difference for buyers and sellers. My wife does the following for most of her clients: - Breaks down true cost of living differences so they don’t get blindsided after closing - Builds a clear plan and timeline so deadlines, paperwork, and contingencies don’t blow up the deal - Negotiates inspection issues, walk-away terms, appraisal/financing contingencies etc... - Spots due-diligence risks that the crappy ones miss Lots of things most buyers/sellers don't think about or consider, and things which the bad realtors don't have on their radar.

I'm so done with real estate agents What an absolutely useless profession in 2026 Nowadays when I go visit houses to buy you get the construction company guy tell you everything anyway, and they actually know their stuff And then you have some literally low IQ shady car salesman guy hovering around you in the back with NO added information and NO added service "Yes this house is great because it's north-facing" And then for doing absolutely nothing zilch nada, they deserve 5% of the house price in commission??? And you can't visit the house direct because real estate agents cover each other asses so the selling agent will tell you to find a buyer agent to be able to visit it A complete racket 100%

Judea Pearl postulates that simply scaling up current AI models (making them bigger and faster) will not and cannot lead to AGI. A paradigm shift is required where AI moves from processing probabilities to processing cause-and-effect relationships. I agree.
