a few months ago i shut down my startup and joined @recallai. it has been about 2 months and it is the most fun i've ever had at any job. while my startup didn't hit "big" milestones like getting acquired, the experience changed who i was at my core. wouldn't trade the experience for the world. not all wins have to be tangible/monetary :-)

Years ago, I tried learning how to code. I even used @replit about four years ago, and it felt really difficult. Now with AI, it feels like anything is possible. This was my first time using Codex, and I assumed it would be way too tough. But building with Make Something was surprisingly easy. Watching the live stream made it even more fun, and now I’m excited to see what I can create next. I’ve used a bit of Claude and Claude Code before, but I was still intimidated by the terminal and didn’t go very deep. This felt like one of the best introductions because it pushes you to actually try things instead of just watching.

I’ll be honest, I was pretty skeptical about this event with @FarzaTV & @InfiniteJulian0 at first. I thought it was going to be too advanced and take me hours to get through. Built my mini Jarvis project in 20 minutes!

@_docwilliams @mattyp I just got the Replit agent to install the remotion package and iterated with the agent until I was happy. I used image assets I already had. It built me a simple app so I could see the video output. I added the TV style fade out close and music in Capcut.
