🚨🇮🇳🇷🇺 India and Russia to join forces on rare earths technologies India's TEXMiN and Russia's GIREDMET have signed an MoU to collaborate on rare earth and critical mineral technologies, Rosatom confirms to Sputnik India.

Spoke at the Critical Minerals Ministerial in Washington DC today. Underlined challenges of excessive concentration and the importance of de-risking supply chains through structured international cooperation. Highlighted India’s efforts towards greater resilience through initiatives including National Critical Minerals Mission, Rare Earth Corridors and responsible commerce. Conveyed India’s support to the FORGE initiative on critical minerals.

A much-needed move. India must go beyond mining by building robust research, processing, and manufacturing ecosystems. #Budget2026
