Nashik TCS Case and Nida Khan Arrest Update: Nida was in police custody till today and, following her interrogation, the Nashik Road Court has sent her to 14 days of judicial custody. She has now been moved to Nashik Road Central Jail. A 50-page report on the matter was submitted to CM Devendra Fadnavis by @NCWIndia. The report has verified all the allegations and this is what it says: 1. The female employees in the office were sexually harassed and attempts were made to molest them. 2. The accused used to bully female employees by denigrating Hindu beliefs and traditions. They would insist that Islam was a far superior religion and belittle Hindu Dharma. 3. There were cases of sexual harassment and stalking through comments and behaviour that made the females feel humiliated. 4. There was a complete absence of any formal complaint mechanism in the office. 5. The office was controlled by Danish, Tausif and Raza. They protected Ashwini Chainani, and no employee had the courage to raise their voice against them. Those who did face transfer and termination. 6. No CCTV was installed. 7. Zero compliance with the POSH Act. With all these allegations verified, @TCS is now in big trouble.

Tell that to the thousands of men being looted, harassed, and trapped in marriages by one-sided laws while the system laughs. This isn’t justice. This is institutional misandry wearing a robe. Dismissing a PIL on technicalities while women file PILs for everything under the sun. The message to every law student and suffering husband is crystal clear: In India, men’s rights don’t matter.
