Martial arts are a very strong pre-validator for me. If I know someone has committed 5+ years to getting good at bjj, boxing, wrestling, judo, or a similar discipline I’m usually 90% confident they’re equipped to solve the problem I put in front of them. That kind of long-term commitment discipline, resilience, and the ability to work through difficulty without quitting doesn't go unnoticed.
