While also building up our mechanical sympathy by experimenting with Java features from the Panama project to see if we can get better at constructing performant data-structures in Java that map onto modern cloud hardware. Getting this far has already been a team effort!🎉

Our starting point is to establish a core philosophy of "simple and efficient enables scalability". As part of this first phase of the project we will analyze the Cypher queries running across the AuraDB fleet to understand our design space. effort.

This month, we have officially kicked off the Aurendil project in @neo4j Research and thanks to a @UKRI_News FLF grant award we are looking forward to stepping up and producing some world-class research!
