@trq212 The PreToolUse hook on "Skill" only fires when Claude programmatically invokes a skill (via the Skill tool). When users type a slash command directly (e.g. /commit), the CLI expands the skill inline into the prompt — the Skill tool is never called, so the hook doesn't trigger.
