@tvlicensing this is completely ridiculous! Can’t cancel my licence - because you have a PRINT only option - surely you have better tech than this ?? Alternative was a phone call CANT GET THROUGH. So you’re charging me for a licence I don’t use. Not treating the customer fairly!
