@Uber @Uber_Support @UberIN_Support want to bring a recent traumatic event to your notice and expecting a strong response from you. Recently I booked intercity ride for my parents from Agra to Delhi airport. I knew about the toll and state tax is to be paid by me. But then your driver started misbehaving and threatening my parents that you’ll have to pay the amount that he is quoting otherwise he will drop them in the middle of the highway. They had to agree as they couldn’t afford to miss the flight as we had a bereavement in the family. The amount came to be ₹2135. The driver asked for ₹4200 instead (I’ve attached the payment receipt to the driver) and denied the receipts. So they paid out of fear. When I took this to your customer care in the Uber app they gave me the receipts which amounts to ₹1055 so the total amount becomes ₹3190. I’ve not been given any receipt for the remaining ₹1005 and they are closing the tickets. Your customer support executive named Vaibhavi believes this unethical conduct and extortion of money from the elderly is my parents’ mistake and not Uber driver’s. The trauma that my parents went through amounts to nothing for Uber- you just want to close your tickets! I really hope Uber will take note of this and reach out to us!

@dominos @dominos_india I ordered pizza y’day from Dominos’ app. First of all I got my order in 1.5 hour even when they were offering 30 min gurantee. Then I got incomplete order and with no refund! The store’s phone number is not available. Such shitty service in a tier-1 city.
