My Master’s thesis is out now as a preprint. Here the link: biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh… We tried to dissect the role of TRPV4 in adipogenesis and lipid droplet formation with a particular focus on mitochondria (since we reported TRPV4 are present on mitochondria!)

Consequently, autophagy flux was inhibited in neuronal cells (and not in microglia). We hypothesized that autophagy dysfunction could be one of the reasons for directional aggregate transfer, and it indeed was.
