We're working with @_sophiewinter_ to make significant changes to last years 'Building Foundations' programme. This summer our foundation year induction booklets will be included in our new junior doctor app called 'DGFT Connect'. More updates to come.. #MedEd @BMA_JuniorDocs

‘Building Foundations’ is a programme aimed to provide new FY1 doctors with up-to-date specialty specific induction packs to help increase confidence. This had a great effect on FY1's last year - a 78.5% increase in self rated confidence. Data collated by Dr Sophie Winter #FY1
