Judge Orders DEA to Stop Playing Games and Release Tinubu’s Drug Files by June 1st
I just received this letter from the DEA, and honestly, it’s ridiculous. They’re still saying they “can neither confirm nor deny” that any files exist on Bola Tinubu, even though everybody already knows they do.
The 1993 drug forfeiture case where Tinubu lost $460,000 is public record. The investigation was done by the DEA and FBI. Judge Beryl Howell already looked at this and called their Glomar response complete nonsense. She ruled that because the government itself made the forfeiture public decades ago, there’s no privacy left to protect. The files obviously exist — that’s exactly why she ordered the DEA and FBI to start releasing them by June 1st, 2026.
They have to produce the documents, give monthly updates to the court, and explain under oath if they’re dragging their feet. This letter they just sent me is just one last attempt to stall and protect him before they’re forced to open the files.
This shows the whole system has been shielding Tinubu for decades. A U.S. federal judge just confirmed the files exist, and now the clock is ticking. June 1st is the deadline. Let’s see if they actually obey the court or keep playing these games.

Who told Minister of State Defense to try to bribe the Secretary-General of the UN-WCD?
Bello Matawalle don market. You don’t know who this woman is? Her name is Kimberly Daniels. She is the chairperson of the UN-WCD.
She was the person that sent the report on Christian Genocide in Nigeria to Marco Rubio on behalf of her organization, the United World Congress of Diplomats (UNWCD).
This woman is unhinged, & she doesn’t back down from a fight, a good fight. On top of that, she is highly, hughly religious. She calls herself a ‘Demon Buster.’ She makes a splash of it on LIVE videos for her plenty of fans & haters.
She alleged that Bello is in bed with terrorists as one of their sponsors. She called Matawalle a ‘crook,’ & advised Bola Tinubu to let him go.
She is of House District 14. She represents the Jacksonville City Council. They are the ruling house of lawmakers that governs the entire city of Jacksonville Florida & Duval County.
She is a Rep in the Florida House of Reps, the equivalent of a State Assembly in Nigeria.
She is not going to remove her hands from his oesophagus. And if Bello knows what’s good for him, he should be on his knees begging.
I thought that Bola Tinubu had let Bello go? He has plenty of dead weight in his cabinet. This woman will continue to make a splash of this.
She alleged that Bello actually tried to run propaganda against her & her organization of five-member countries. She alleged that he tried to curry favor with the bribe money, & deflect the narrative of the UN-WCD report.
Why did you have to make a promotional flyer to try & change the narrative? You think that America is Nigeria with hungry banger boys?

In a viral video, she said: “A US elected official was offered money by Nigeria’s minister of state defense, Bello Matawalle, to change the narrative of the UN WCD Christian genocide in Nigeria report. We will not be silenced. We will not be intimidated. The truth about what is happening to Christians in Nigeria must be told. The killings, the attacks, the destruction of communities this is not random. It is targeted, and the world needs to pay attention. We are calling for accountability at the highest levels. Leadership must be reviewed, and those responsible must be held accountable. Nigeria cannot continue like this while innocent people are being slaughtered, and the international community cannot look away.” Her statement is linked to a security assessment by the United World Congress of Diplomats, which criticised Nigeria’s handling of insecurity in Plateau, Benue, Kaduna and Nasarawa, describing a pattern of coordinated attacks on Christian communities. The report also raised concerns about Matawalle’s role and called on President Bola Tinubu to review leadership in the Defence Ministry, including the possible removal or redeployment of the minister.
