@Isabelletkrause Tolkien is a weak thinker because he doesn't make room for redemption, thus, he is not a Christian. Look at Gollum - he sins, destroys his life, but where is the redemption, the need for god's absolution? None. A great thinker would've made Gollum the hero, to redeem himself.

What blew my mind most about the Lord of the Rings was how perfectly a fantasy story represented evil & temptation and how it works in each of our lives. The Ring doesn't make you evil overnight. But it whispers in your ear, it makes the wrong decision feel so incredibly reasonable, it tells you that this time will be different. How many times in our life do we have this conversation in our head? I’ve had it, many times. And the longer you hold onto it, the harder it becomes to let go. Which is just crazy. The things we know are destroying us are often the things we can’t put down. Frodo didn't fail because he was weak. He failed because no one is strong enough to carry sin alone forever. We are all Frodo, that's kind of the whole point.

@baker_girlie had this happen 3 mths ago w/an indian driver. I was in my living room, got email w/pic of package on porch. Open door, no package but driver is still in my apt complex. Ask driver where my package is - 1st tried to play stupid but once I mentioned cops, he magically found it.

Here we see a delivery driver bring a package to the porch. Snap a photo of the delivery and then walks off with the package. Just as she gets to her Amazon truck, the owner comes out and tells her to give him his package. I wonder how often she has done this BS to customers. 🤔

I appreciate you sharing that. I don’t want to unfairly represent her. And I do understand that someone else posted the video. However, this is a good representation of a problem with video trends like this. If a video like this goes viral, that’s all that most people will know about you. Just one video that puts your spouse in a bad light isn’t worth the risk regardless of how many are put up that put him in a good light. It also gives unnecessary opportunity for someone like the person re-sharing the video to slam men. I don’t think spouses should ever make videos that will embarrass or belittle their spouse even in the name of fun.

It should not be working on breaking down food and drink. There is no reason to wake your partner up while you breast feed at night short of a serious health concern.

@CrealElora @SelahSketches If he wasn't working, it's very helpful for the man to go grab you a snack or a drink but u just have to go grab it before they latch on if your man has work. It is very draining and you have to keep up with your nutrition and it's easy to neglect yourself while mothering.
