@neill_bob Well said Sir Bob Neil, a willingness to break international agreements and #RuleOfLaw sadly par for course with this Gov as #LoanCharge, which you very familiar with, proves. Loan Charge removes right of appeal and access to Courts for acting legally.

Mel Stride has blocked people who mention the #loancharge on Twitter - including me. A spokesman also had to 'convey regret' that a @yorkshirepost reader who sent a letter to Mr Stride seven months ago had still not received a reply.

So, just to be clear... we didn’t break ANY laws, and are being hunted to extinction by HMRC, but the Government can openly break international law AND admit to it, because they’re only breaking a specific bit of it?! Isn’t law-breaking binary anymore???

HMRC’s subsidiary Revenue and Customs Digital Technology Services Ltd. admits in Annual Reports it used Umbrella Companies using methods of Disguised Remuneration in early years but refrained from continuing to do so by 2018. doesnt get much more hypocritical than this #RuleOfLaw

HMRC gives notice via a statement from Jim Harra that HMRC intends to get back Furlough payments which they will decide should not have been claimed. Harra is making up the rules as he goes - once again. This is the next #LoanCharge criminally based procedure now in the pipeline.
