They lied about the fact a K2 case was (secretly) progressing to the courts The case is called Lowry case scheduled for 14th & 15th May Apparently ‘certain facts’ are suspected of being withheld from the case and HMRC are apparently confident they will win.

They have continually attempted to deceive victims about matters Here’s some examples 1. They lied that 90% of victims had settled with HMRC. A recent APPG letters makes clear around 800 people have settled (around 2% from my calculations)

I’ve lost count of the amount of times Gordon Berry threatens legal action against #LoanCharge victims He does this for / reasons 1. To scare victims into keeping quiet 2. Because he only has his own (and David Gill’s) interests at heart

Most HMRC disputes don’t become difficult because of the tax. They become difficult because of what happens afterwards. Delay. Missing records. Faded memories. People no longer involved. By the time anyone sits down to deal with it properly, just establishing facts can prove almost impossible.
