If @HMRCgovuk accepted they & promoters had a part to play in this mess & offered reasonable settlement terms I may consider. They would also need to remove their wording from the terms.

#LoanCharge So HMRC said they won’t discuss my husband’s case with my MP for reasons of confidentiality. They said my husband can speak to a representative about his case and this was his decision. My husband has a brain tumour and has lost his speech.
