HMRC have just informed us via the medium of @FTMoney that apparently no-one that took out a post 2010 loan has any closed years.
Apparently the "D" in DOTAS did not stand for Disclosure.
Well, I'm glad the Finance Act 2020 "became clear" in April 2020.
