@bigulchugh @IndiGo6E happened same with me while i was travling from pune to chandigarh. Bt they offered2 reschedule which costed me Rs4-500.If thats the cost per customer for rescheduling, probably this is just anthr business strategy. Thats for 100 passengerRs 50000 just for rescheduling

My brother-in-law had a flight on Saturday from Ahmedabad to Delhi. IndiGo cancelled the flight citing “operational reasons.” When he contacted them, the default response was: full refund, please book another ticket yourself. He pushed back and clearly asked for re-accommodation on the next available Delhi flight, instead of a refund. The response stayed the same: not possible, we can issue full refund. Please book flight yourself. After continuous arguing, suddenly it became possible and they booked him on a flight 4 hours later. So here’s the real question to IndiGo: Why not ask the customer upfront what they want? Why force a refund and make passengers rebook on your own fault risking higher fares, seat unavailability, and ruined plans? Refunds don’t fix disrupted schedules. Re-accommodation does ( upto some extent atleast) Stop trying to pass the inconvenience (and cost) back to the customer after cancelling flights due to your failure. Do better.

@AirIndiaX, today one of your pilots, Capt. Virender Sejwal, assaulted me physically at T1, Delhi Airport. Here are the facts of the matter,: 🔸 Me & my family were guided to use the security check that the staff uses (also the PRM check), because we had a 4 month old baby in a stroller. 🔸 The staff was cutting the queue ahead of me. On calling them out, Capt. Virender, who himself was doing the same thing, asked me if I was anpadh (uneducated), and couldn't read the signs that said this entry was for staff. 🔸 A verbal scuffle broke out. 🔸 Not able to excercise restraint, the AIX pilot proceeded to physically assault me, leaving me bloody. The blood in the photograph (first comment) on his shirt is also mine. Here are my issues with the whole thing: 🔹 My holiday is ruined. The first thing I have done here is see a doctor. 🔹 My 7 year old daughter, who saw her father get assaulted brutally, is still traumatized & scared. 🔹 I have no clue how @DGCAIndia & @AirIndiaX can allow such pilots to fly. If they can't keep their cool in a scuffle, can they be trusted with the lives of hundreds of people in the sky? 🔹 How can @DelhiAirport get away with such mismanagement, combining staff entry with passengers carrying infants, creating chaos at a sensitive security area? I thought Airports were safe places! 🔹 I was forced to write a letter stating that I will not pursue this matter further ... It was either write that letter, or miss my flight and throw the 1.2 lakhs holiday bookings down the drain. @DelhiPolice, why can't I file a complaint after coming back? Must I sacrifice my money too, to seek justice? Will the CCTV footage disappear in the 2 days till I make it back to Delhi? To my friends & well wishers, I am pretty shaken, but nothing permanent. Can't say the same about my daughter though. 😢

I had used @Dell_IN laptop from last 11yrs, and it never gave me such a problem. I regret spending the money on new Lenovo laptop. Even if i sell, it wont give me much of the money. I dont know what to do apart from living with such a pathetic device.

Mouse starts hanging in between, scroll stops working, all the gestures stop working. Thus happens everytime. Evrytime means everytime. It was such a wastage of money on this.

@Lenovo_in it has ben just 9months that i bought new laptop. Lenovo SlimPad 5. This new laptop has started giving me issues with mouse track pad. The mouse starts glitching, sometimes working sometimes not. The mouse cursor starts hanging in betweem. Now,

@slicebank this is to bring to your notice that the cred card statement generated for this month is erronoeus and is not reflecting certain amounts. As per the statement i am being asked to pay Rs 5880.48 more than the actual amount. It has been 72hrs since the ticket (1/3)

@Lenovo_in Secondly I am trying to reach you guys, to have some support or to resolve the issue. But everything went vain. The issue is, the mouse track pad glitches sometimes in between, the mouse sometimes stops responding. It stops like for afew seconds, and then starts glitchin.
